Kancelaria Hildebrand is a constantly developing, independent law office that provides complex legal services to natural and legal entities. administrative bodies. We strongly stand upon the complex legal service which in our opinion should be performed from the very beginning (writings and pleadings initiating proceedings) to the very end of each case (enforcement of claim at the stage of enforcement proceedings).

Owing to our regular cooperation with foreign law offices we are able to offer counselling services either to Polish entrepreneurs who plan to initiate their activities on the foreign markets or to the foreign entities that are going to enter our national, Polish market. Thus we are pleased to offer the provision of our services in English, German, Italian and Spanish language.

attorney Jakub Hildebrand

Jakub Hildebrand, attorney at law, has completed his master’s degree studies in law on the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Cracow. The subject of his master’s thesis is as follows: “Specification of aspects of the British and Polish Protocol against a background of the Charter of Fundamental Rights and fundamental rights in European Union”. After the graduation he started his legal training at the District Bar Association in Katowice. Then he managed to pass the bar examination and has been entered into the list of attorneys at law maintained by the District Bar Association in Katowice. Since 2012 he has been cooperating with large, multinational law office Kancelaria Hajduk & Partners that operates on the area of Middle and Eastern Europe. In his work he is mainly focused on the economy, commercial, civil but also criminal, financial and labour law. He has significant experience within provision of legal services to business entities, including cases concerning business operations performed by them, inter alia analysing contracts and representing parties during court proceedings. His language skills include fluent ability to use English, Italian and Spanish both in writing and speaking.

legal trainee Justyna Hildebrand

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration and the Faculty of Social Sciences of the Silesian University in Katowice. The subject of her master’s thesis written for the Faculty of Law was: “Assets in the joint property of spouses”. After graduating from her university she started her practice in law offices in Bytom and Zabrze. Since 2015 she has been performing her legal training at the District Bar Association in Katowice.
She specializes mainly in civil, family, commercial and criminal law. Her language skills include fluent ability to use English, Italian and Spanish both in writing and speaking.
