Legal persons’ service

Owing to the gained experience we may provide complex legal services for entrepreneurs. We ensure constant legal counselling from the moment of a legal/natural person formation till the completion of its activity. Our offer includes provision of legal services for entrepreneurs, commercial law companies, associations, foundations, housing co-operatives and condominiums.

The scope of the aforementioned legal service includes:
– formation of commercial law companies/foreign entrepreneurs branches (drafting articles of association containing all necessary clauses protecting Client’s economy interests, preparing registration forms to National Court Register (KRS) and any other necessary documents, monitoring the registration process).
– carrying out changes in a company’s structure and updating data in National Court Register (changes within the board/supervisory board/partners, counselling in the scope of a way of carrying out changes in terms of observance of legal principles and provisions of articles of association, etc.)
– carrying out changes in memorandum/articles of association
– advising and drafting legal conclusions concerning problems appearing during regular economic activity (with consideration of actual and effective jurisdiction).
– legal conclusions on contracts made with Client’s contractors (including possible suggestions on changes within their content)

Natural persons’ service.

Within the scope of our practice we provide services for natural persons. We are aware that at present our Clients more and more frequently need complex legal support in various areas of everyday life.
